GIFTOPRINT RETURN POLICY

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
At Giftoprint, we take pride in delivering high-quality printed gift items. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect items received.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customized or personalized products (including printed portraits and framed paintings)
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
3. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return, customers must:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide clear images and an unboxing video as proof of damage or incorrect delivery.

4. RETURN APPROVAL & PICKUP
- Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable).
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in the customer's location, they must ship the product to our return address, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (as per standard courier rates).
5. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Replacement: If eligible, a replacement will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if processing has not begun.
- Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
